Kocaman familiy has been in fish business for three generations. Kocaman Balıkçılık, as young as our Republic (1923), is the biggest producer & exporter of frozen sea and freshwater product of Turkey. Besides, Kocaman Balıkçılık also has a Tuna Farming Operation in Izmir with Akua Group and production of Buttered Snails in Bilecik, joint - venture with Française de Gastronomie.
